1. Acceptance of Terms – By accessing or purchasing from Aquarium Outlet Pro (“AOP,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
   
   
2. Products & Descriptions – AOP lists new and gently-used reef-aquarium equipment sourced just-in-time from wholesalers or third-party sellers. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in color, cosmetic wear, or packaging may occur. All PAR, flow-rate, and wattage figures are manufacturer or vendor estimates.
   
   
3. Pricing & Availability – Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude tax, shipping, and handling unless stated. Inventory is subject to rapid change; placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. We reserve the right to cancel any order—e.g., for stock errors or suspected fraud—after issuing a prompt refund.
   
   
4. Orders, Payment & Security – Payments are processed via Shopify-approved gateways; we do not store full credit-card details. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.
   
   
5. Shipping & Delivery – Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days once order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control. Title and risk transfer to you upon carrier pickup.
   
   
6. Returns & Refunds – Since all our products are Used/Open-Box items: 14 days. Products must be in the same condition received. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is DOA or we made an error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of inspection.
   
   
7. Limited Warranty – Unless expressly noted, used items are sold “AS IS,” without warranties beyond those mandated by law or passed through from the manufacturer. To the fullest extent permitted, AOP disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
   
   
8. Limitation of Liability – AOP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item giving rise to the claim.
   
   
9. Intellectual Property – All content, trademarks, and images on this site are the property of AOP or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
   
   
10. Changes to Terms – We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the site or email.
