Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All in-stock orders are processed within 2 – 4 business days after we receive your payment confirmation.
  • Processing times exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 12 p.m. CT begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your shipment leaves our facility or our wholesaler’s dock.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States (no APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories).
  • Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes; please provide a physical street address.
  • Oversized or hazardous items (e.g., large tanks, lithium-ion batteries) may require a handling surcharge or be ineligible for Express service.

Delivery Issues & Risk of Loss

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon carrier pickup. Inspect all packages on arrival; report visible damage or shortages within 48 hours to aquariumoutletpro@gmail.com so we can file a claim.
  • Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions are beyond our control and are not grounds for shipping refunds.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • We cannot reroute, cancel, or combine orders once a shipping label has been created. Verify your shipping details carefully during checkout
